Being able to launch this website and our social media channels is giving us all the feels. It's also making real our dreams for the Know Yourself, Show Yourself, Grow Yourself Mental Health Festival.
We have been busy pouring heart and soul into harvesting the seeds of our community so that we can deliver an amazing, one-of-a-kind festival that will bring our community together and help us know ourselves, show ourselves and grow ourselves. After the couple of years we've all had, our community both needs and deserves this gift of connection.
We've got so much we want to share with you about the festival program and people. We are putting the final passionate puzzle pieces as we speak before a big unveiling.
